Shipping Guide

All goods are in stock under normal circumstances. After you place an order for payment, we will deliver the goods through DHL within 48 hours. SSome products require customization and hand-made will be delivered within 5 days at the latest. DHL will deliver the goods to your receiving address 2-6 days after we deliver the goods. We will test every product repeatedly and make perfect packaging to prevent possible damage during transportation to ensure that customers finally receive the perfect product.

 

Each order ’s goods have been multiple tested to ensure that customers receive the perfect items.

Before shipping, we will carefully test again. For every shipment, goods are packaged in the most rigorous way,to prevent possible damages during transport to the utmost extent.

When you receive the goods, and find packaging damaged , please check them in front of DHL deliveryman. If damaged, please try to obtain local DHL ’s breakage of documentary evidence, and meanwhile, contact with us to send the detailed packaging and product photos.

If packaging is intact, customers should check the products within 3 days, if something is broken or missing due to the transport, please contact promptly your local DHL and send us detailed packaging and product ’s photos.

Payment Methods

You can connect your PayPal, credit card, debit card or bank account to PayPal for purchasing some of our products. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction.

1.Log into your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express;
2.Enter your card details and click “Submit”;

NOTE:
If you don’t have a PayPal account or don’t want to use one, you can select the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” option on the PayPal payment page.

We accept Bank Transfer payments. Here’s how to pay:

Select your delivery country and choose the Bank Transfer option. Click “Place your order” to be redirected to the Bank Transfer page. Verify your payment details and enter your payment reference. Follow the payment instructions to complete your transaction.

Notes:

Please note that bank transfers from Malaysia cannot be refunded back to the original payment method. Any refunds will be credited to your PayPal account.

Although you can still purchase products without registering at WOOD381, you can only enjoy coupons and subsequent discount services after registering, so it is recommended to register.

Aftersales Service

Product Quality Guarantee Policy

For the following categories of products, WOOD381 will provide quality warranty service if there are any quality problems or non-human caused problems. Warranty time starts from the time when you receive the goods. Please note that any overdue requests will not be accepted.

Reference of Quality Guarantee Solutions:

1. Refund: partial refund / full refund / return and refund.

2. Reship: resend partial products/a new replacement.

3. Repair or exchange.

Note: The warranty periods of Product with battery and without battery are 12 months and 18 months respectively. The warranty solutions are shown in the following table .

Note:

1. For products purchased with large promotional discounts (snatch, half-and-above discounts, free gifts, giveaways, etc), if there are any quality issues, refund is the only available option.

2. Due to its nature and usage, clothing, bracelets, decorations, household gadgets, home decorations, home textiles, and other similar items are not included in this warranty period. For other product details please contact us or refer to other warranties.

3. Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.

4. If the product is damaged/misused by customers, the warranty will be invalid immediately. No compensation is available in such cases. However, you are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable).

5. Proof is needed for any non-human quality problems.

6. For some products, customers need to provide damage proof or cooperate to check and confirm problems, otherwise we may not be able to cover you under Product Warranty Policy.

7.【The warranty is invalid if the customer operates the product under the following circumstances】:

– refresh the hardware or root the device;

– open the product to fix the device;

-modify, delete, customize or exchange product components;

-use the device in an inappropriate manner;

-continue to use the item once a fault occurs and causes more damage.

8.We regret to inform you that all returns must first be authorized by WOOD381’s Support Team before return to avoid sending to the wrong address, returning an incorrect item, or submitting an empty package, then again we reserve the right to refuse any compensation. Would you please tell us the return address? Also, could you send us the shipping label, the tracking number, and an available logistics website? We will first check the tracking information, and then see if there’s anything we can help you with.

Shipping Insurance Service Policy

Shipping insurance offers premium protection and safety for your valuable item during shipping. If your item is reported lost or damaged and covered by Shipping Insurance, WOOD381 will offer you a compensation(refund/exchange item/a new replacement/reship accessory, etc.) based on the related proof you provided.

Note:

1. Refund is not valid while the item is damaged artificially.

2. The extra loss caused by the following situations is outside scope of Shipping Insurance:

(1) Force majeure events, such as, natural disasters

(2) Any item detained by Customs or restricted to be imported

(3) Any item destroyed by local authorities in accordance with local laws relating to the illegal or restricted importation

(4) Other Customs or import processes
